Seymour Golf and Country Club is proud of the efforts of our Head Golf Professional Dale Schienbein and his staff to support the ALS Society of BC through the annual BCPGA's ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) Golf-A-Thon.

Dale and his staff have participated in this event for the past ten years, and have raised more than $238,000 so far to help build awareness of ALS and to provide support for patients.  Dale's team leads the Province in monies raised through this event.

Last year, Dale and Lenny Cyr finished an amazing 81 holes on Thursday June 29th starting in the early morning at 4:50 a.m. and finishing at 10:10 p.m. Dale shot rounds of 75-72-77-76-37, while Lenny had rounds of 67-68-66-69-35. We are pleased to announce they raised $28,185 for the ALS Society of BC.

Dale & Lenny would like to thank all the supporters who pledged donations, and Seymour would like to thank Dale and Lenny for their efforts on behalf of our community and the ALS Society of BC.  Well done to all!

This year on Tuesday June 30th, Dale and Lenny Cyr finished an amazing five rounds of golf, starting in the early morning at 5:00 a.m. and finishing at 10:00 p.m.  Dale shot rounds of 78-79-76-79-82, while Lenny had rounds of 72-75-73-67-71.  Throughout the day, Dale had 7 birdies and Lenny had 16. More importantly, they raised $26,175 for the ALS Society of BC.

Dale & Lenny would like to thank all the supporters who pledged donations, and Seymour would like to thank Dale and Lenny for their efforts on behalf of our community and the ALS Society of BC.  Well done to all!
